They are here and they don't care about the snow and ice. This is when they are supposed to be here and here they are with their red breasts just a bob bob bobbin' along. And they are making a huge mess of the mulch! Darn those robins!

is this a good time of year to go to the gardens or not. we are planning a trip and would be in the area and i was just wondering.
Hi Emma,
The outdoor gardens are still under a little bit of snow. The greenhouses are great though. We've got bananas growing and the jasmine has been blooming. The winter blooming orchids are great too. We should be getting pupa this Friday and our butterfly house should have some activity this weekend. We'd love to have you visit.
